Operation place: LB-JZX mobile smoke welding purifier is applied to purification of smoke and dusts produced by welding, polishing, cutting and grinding and recycle of rare metals and precious materials, can purify lots of tiny metal particles floating in the air. It is with high purification efficiency, lower noisy, flexible using, small area covering and so on. Applied to smoke and dusts produced by arc welding, carbon dioxide arc welding, MAG welding, carbon arc gouging, gas welding, special welding and so on in workshop.

　　Structural composition:

　　Mainly consist of : versatile fume extraction arm, high temperature resistance vacuum hose, extraction hood with volume damper, fire proof mesh, fire proof high efficiency filter cartridge, pulse back blowing device, pulse magnetic valve, differential pressure gauge, cleaning room, activated carbon filter cotton, flue dust drawer combination, fire proof sound-adsorption cotton, new Korean castors with brake apparatus, fan, imported motor, electric cabinet and so on.

　　Working principles:

　　Smoke and dusts produced in production are captured into mobile smoke purifier via extraction hood in the effect of fan attraction, will go through the first fire proof mesh in the air inlet of the smoke purifier first, the fire proof mesh will separate and intercept big particles and sparks produced grinding. The pre-filtered smoke will go through filtering fender who will intercept the particles and the left sparks further, smoke after filtering will go into the filter cartridge ( it uses imported coated polyester material, the separation rate can be up to 99.9%),the clean air is fed back to the workshop by standard after further purification of activated carbon filter cotton.

　　1. Choose specialized turbine and imported brand motor, apply anti-overloaded circuit to protect the motor from burning out, it is with high security and stable working performance.

　　2. Pulse back blowing device: back blowing with hand or back blowing automatically.

　　5. There are 3 protection measures in purifier for fire risk and large slag to make the purifier live longer and more secure.

　　6. Clean air will be evenly guided and dispersed from blow grids, lowering the noise.

　　7. Equipped with specialized new Korean versatile castors with brake apparatus to make the purifier move and locate freely.

　　8. Consumable material in purifier is with stable performance to be changed conveniently.

Pulse back blowing to clean dust automatically: the filter cartridge uses all-around automatic back blowing to clean dust for good to make the purifier have a more clean surface, ensuring the purifier have a constant suction air; air compressor is connected by high pressure rubber tube to let the air in from the bottom to make the purifier in a good working condition.(we can design hand or automatic control based on customers’ requirement.

　　10. Filter cartridges uses imported materials from America, can filter dust particles below 0.3um, especially good for wet or sticky dusts.
