This is One project we made in the domestic, one welding workshop from Jiangxi Province, China

The centralized welding dust extraction and purification system is mainly used to control the smoke dust generated by the gas protection welding workshop and the robot workstation. 

The system is mainly composed of a fume collection system from working postions, a pipeline ducting system, and a dust filtration system, and an electronic control system.

The project uses a cartridge filter type dust collector as the main purification system. Under the action of a fan, the smoke dust enters the filter room and is purified by a collection device and a smoke exhaust pipe. The Clean air after purification is discharged outside the chimney.
