LB-PC cartridge filter dust collector

It is widely used for purification of smoke and dusts produced by soldering carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum in arc welding, carbon dioxide arc welding, MAG welding, special welding, gas welding in machinery, casting, metallurgy, build materials, chemical, automobile, shipbuilding and so on.

Working principles:

It adopts separated cabinet design with large air flow dust collector, fan motor is too huge to be designed with dust collector. Separate fan motor sound proof box and silencer lower the noise most. It consists of filtering cabinet, control cabinet and pulse back blowing device. There is high accuracy fire proof filter cartridge unit applied to purification of smoke and dust produced by multi-station welding. Smoke and dusts are captured to filter device via air hose in the effect of high negative pressure of high efficiency specialized environment protection radial fan, the clean air is fed back outside or went indoor after pre-filter separation and fully filtering.
