LB-Y industrial oil mist purifier

Working principles:

Oil mist goes into filtering room from entrance, was absorbed on gas-liquid sintering mesh, slides down to the bottom after gathering and combination because of gravity to be gathered in tank via oil exit pump. The small rest oil mist is absorbed by activated carbon filter cotton which is in the exit of filtering room, gathered into tank in the same way. The smelly air from air exit will be absorbed by activated carbon filter cotton in silencer, clean air will be fed back to workshop.

There are 3 grades filtering, 1^st cover PTFE film on gas-liquid sintering mesh, smooth surface, high oil absorption performance, can be washed over and over again. 2^nd special primary filtering adhesive, 3^rd is high efficiency activated carbon to remove peculiar smell, beauty outfit, equipped and used conveniently, obvious purification of oil and mist.

In modern machining, emulsion or cooling oil are normal used as cooling liquid, but it will produce much oil mist and smoke mist,0.3-3.5 um particles will be absorbed by human and is harmful for health. If oil mist is in workstation, it will cause occupational injury. Meantime, much oil mist around will lower the production rate; oil mist gathered on walls will cause fire disaster. Oil on equipment will cause potential fire disaster and machine tool and motor trouble; if oil mist go outdoor, it will pollute the environment.

Application area:

Oil mist and water mist produced by cutting oil, diesel and synthetic cooling liquid as cooling liquid when processing.

CNC numerical control machine tool, washing machine, excircle, flat grinder, hobbing, miller, slotting machine, vacuum pump, spray laboratory, eletrosparking, numerical control machining centre.
