1.Application：

After years of professional experience, it has been concluded that the welding fume extractor has a good purification effect in the workplace that generates smoke for arc welding, carbon dioxide shielded welding, MAG welding, carbon arc gas planing welding, gas fusion cutting, and special welding. The purification rate of soot, dust and fine metal particles harmful to human body produced in the work can reach 99.99%.

2.Working principle：

Through the gravitational effect of the fan, the welding smoke exhaust gas is sucked into the air inlet of the equipment through the universal dust hood. There is a flame arrester at the air inlet of the equipment. The spark is blocked by the flame arrester. The smoke gas enters the sedimentation chamber. Coarse-grained dust is directly reduced to the ash hopper, and particulate smoke is collected on the outer surface by the filter element. After the clean gas is filtered and purified by the filter element, it flows into the clean room from the center of the filter element and is discharged through the air outlet to meet the standard.

3.Advantages：

1. Use Siemens brand motor with professional turbo blower, equipped with anti-overload circuit to prevent motor burnout, high safety factor, stable performance;

2. The filter cartridge adopts imported brand coated filter paper, with a service life of up to 6000 hours, and can purify 0.3 micron dust particles. The same applies to wet and sticky dust particles;

3. The upgraded version of the aluminum alloy universal suction arm can move freely and hover arbitrarily, collecting flue gas dust from the place where the dust occurs, which improves the dust collection rate and ensures the health of the workers.

4. Three-level protection measures are adopted for Mars and large particle slag equipment to avoid fire hazards from the source and improve the service life of welding smoke purifiers;

5. The purified clean air is evenly guided and dispersed from the direction of the exhaust vent, and the noise is effectively controlled within the standard range;

6. Equipped with special Korean-style universal castors with brakes, the movement and positioning of the equipment is more convenient.
