Double Arms Portable Welding Fume Extractor LB-XZX
Double Arms Portable Welding Fume Extractor LB-XZX changes the usual environmentally friendly blue in the use of color, chooses a large area of signal white with eye-catching signal green, and then matches two universal suction arms of squirrel gray, the overall color is more simple and generous. In the design of the edge and corner of the equipment, the 90° right Angle is changed to the arc Angle design, the overall equipment line is more rounded and smooth, and the beauty is greatly improved.

- Flexible and Articulated Arm: Multi-jointed arm that can be easily positioned close to the source of fumes.
- Adjustable Hood/Nozzle: Designed to maximize the capture of fumes and particulates right at the source of emission.
- Wheels/Casters: Equipped with durable wheels or casters, often with locking mechanisms to keep the unit stationary during operation.
- Stationary Units: Fixed installations for dedicated welding areas.
Types of Welding Dust Purifiers:
- Portable Welding Fume Extractors
- Stationary Welding Fume Extractors
- High Vacuum Welding Fume Extractors
- Downdraft Tables
- Centralized Welding Fume Extraction Systems
- Portable Extraction Arms
- Electrostatic Precipitator Welding Fume Extractors
- HEPA Filter Units
Centralized Systems:
Network of ducts and extraction points leading to a central filtration unit. Designed for large-scale operations with multiple welding stations.
Benefits:
- Health Protection: Reduces exposure to harmful fumes and particulates, protecting workers’ respiratory health.
- Compliance: Helps meet occupational safety and health regulations.
- Productivity: Enhances worker comfort and efficiency by maintaining a cleaner work environment.
- Equipment Longevity: Prevents dust and fumes from damaging machinery and electronic components.
Advantage:
- Choose specialized turbine and imported brand motor, apply anti-overloaded circuit to protect the motor from burning out, high security and stable working performance.
- The change of internal structure adds the airflow than before.
- Pulsing back-flushing automatic dust -removal system and manual cleaning type for your choice.
- The structure of extraction arm is steel hood, aluminum alloy frame and resistance high temperature PP pipe. The arm can be used in a 360-degree radius, convenient and flexible.
- There are 3 protection measures in purifier for fire risk and large slag to make the purifier live longer and more secure.
- Clean air will be evenly guided and dispersed from blow grids, lowering the noise most.
- Equipped with specialized new Korean versatile castors with brake apparatus to make the purifier move and locate freely.
Operation place:
Applied to purification of smoke and dust produced by various of welding(arc welding, carbon dioxide arc welding, MAG welding, carbon arc gouging, gas welding, special welding and so on),polishing, cutting and grinding and recycle of rare metals and precious materials.
Working principles:
Under the effect of fan, welding smoke are captured into portable welding fume extractor via extraction arm.First, it will go through the first fire proof mesh in the air inlet of the smoke purifier, which will separate and intercept big particles and spark produced by grinding. Then the smoke will go through filtering fender who will intercept the particles and the left spark further, smoke and dusts after filtering will go into the filter cartridge(It uses imported coated polyester material, the separation rate can be up to 99.9%). Last the clean air will be fed back to the workshop .

What is an industrial dust collector?
It’s a Air Material Separator
How does an industrial dust collector work?
It pulls in air that has multiple types of particulate in the air stream and separates the particulate from the air.
Why are industrial dust collectors important in manufacturing?
A couple of reasons, one on some machines they can’t work unless the process has dust collection in order for the machine to do it’s job and two indoor air quality.
What are the different types of industrial dust collectors?
There are Bag Houses, Cartridge collectors and even a Cyclone is considered a dust collector.
How often should I clean or maintain my industrial dust collector?
If the system is sized and installed correctly it doesn’t take a lot of baby setting. This does differ some based on the material you are trying to separate. We use Pressure Differential monitors and the filter need to be changed out based on the Differential Pressure across the filters.
What are the energy consumption considerations for industrial dust collectors?
They need Electricity to run the fan and they compressed air to clean the filters.
Are there any noise or vibration concerns associated with industrial dust collectors?
Yes, sometime you will have to use a Silencer to reduce the fan noise and the cleaning system may have to use sound deadening devices.
What are the factors that determine the capacity of an industrial dust collector?
Air to Cloth Ratio’s, loading and the type of dust are the most common.
