External Fume Extraction Arm LB-JYC
External fume extraction arm LB-JYC is a versatile and flexible device designed to capture fumes, dust, and airborne contaminants directly at the source. It is commonly used in industrial settings such as welding, soldering, chemical processing, and laboratories. These arms are mounted externally to machinery or workstations, providing a flexible and efficient means of maintaining air quality and protecting worker health.

Key Components and Features:
- Multi-joints flexible arms. Horizontal part with rotating joint structure, which make the horizontal flexibility and increase the effective active angle.
- The hood is the entry point for fumes and contaminants, designed to maximize the capture area. Common shapes include conical, flanged, and rectangular hoods.
- The built-in support and link structure is made of aluminum alloy materials, of light weight, which make the arm more flexibly, all the links between joints designed in a fluid way and the corner is treated in a smooth transition in order to reduce the wind resistance.
- Link flexible suction arm intermediate by friction plate made of composite materials of 80mm, increase the friction in the contact area and prolong the service life of the friction plate.
- The spring steel is galvanized, and all other metal components and related fasteners are all stainless steel 304# of no rust,Corrosion resistant, acid and alkali salt, high temperature resistance, light weight, high intensity, labor-saving operation with power device, hovering freely.
- can be connected to welding smoke purifier equipment and dusting collection equipment, can be directly mounted on the wall or the duct system.
- optional accessories: a cover opening fire net; working lamp; light, smoke, temperature sensing probe.
Advantage:
- The fume extraction arm LB-JYC link is made of aluminum material to reduce its own weight and make it more flexible and lightweight. Each link is designed by fluid science, and the water corners are processed by smooth transition to reduce the resistance of gas passing.
- The friction plate made of 80mm composite material is used in the middle of the flexible suction arm link to increase the friction contact area and extend the service life of the friction plate.
- Flexible fume extraction arm is incomparable performance to fit to condition that cant be installed suction pipeline compared to fixed pipeline system. It can be supplied in any necessary place to capture smoke and dust effectively. Its connected joints and rotating connected base make the exhaust hood settled and protect smoke and dust from workers.
Product Specification:

What is an industrial dust collector?
It’s a Air Material Separator
How does an industrial dust collector work?
It pulls in air that has multiple types of particulate in the air stream and separates the particulate from the air.
Why are industrial dust collectors important in manufacturing?
A couple of reasons, one on some machines they can’t work unless the process has dust collection in order for the machine to do it’s job and two indoor air quality.
What are the different types of industrial dust collectors?
There are Bag Houses, Cartridge collectors and even a Cyclone is considered a dust collector.
How often should I clean or maintain my industrial dust collector?
If the system is sized and installed correctly it doesn’t take a lot of baby setting. This does differ some based on the material you are trying to separate. We use Pressure Differential monitors and the filter need to be changed out based on the Differential Pressure across the filters.
What are the energy consumption considerations for industrial dust collectors?
They need Electricity to run the fan and they compressed air to clean the filters.
Are there any noise or vibration concerns associated with industrial dust collectors?
Yes, sometime you will have to use a Silencer to reduce the fan noise and the cleaning system may have to use sound deadening devices.
What are the factors that determine the capacity of an industrial dust collector?
Air to Cloth Ratio’s, loading and the type of dust are the most common.
