High negative pressure purifier LB-NF
High negative pressure purifier LB-NF
High negative pressure purifier LB-NF is a specialized filtration system designed to efficiently capture and remove airborne contaminants such as dust, fumes, and particulates in industrial settings, particularly in welding operations. The term “high negative pressure” refers to the strong vacuum created by the purifier, which enhances its ability to draw in contaminated air from the surrounding environment effectively.
The High negative pressure purifier LB-NF is different from normal welding smoke one, it uses high pressure fan above 10kpa, uses 2 levels separations, is used for purification of dry, oil free and corrosion free smoke produced by welding, cutting and grinding.

Key Components and Features:
Filtration System:
- Pre-filters: Capture larger particles and extend the life of the main filters.
- HEPA Filters: High-efficiency particulate air filters that trap very fine particles.
- Activated Carbon Filters: Absorb gases and odors.
- Fans and Blowers: Create a flow of air that pulls in contaminated air and pushes it through the filters.
- Adjustable Airflow: Allows control over the volume of air being processed.
- Negative Pressure Chamber: The design ensures that air is pulled into the system with high velocity, improving the capture efficiency of pollutants.
Capture Devices:
- Extraction Arms: Flexible arms positioned close to the welding source to capture fumes directly at the source.
- Hoods and Enclosures: Enclose the welding area to contain and extract fumes more effectively.
Mobility:
- Portable Units: Can be moved easily to different locations as needed.
- Flexible and Articulated Arm: Multi-jointed arm that can be easily positioned close to the source of fumes.
- Adjustable Hood/Nozzle: Designed to maximize the capture of fumes and particulates right at the source of emission.
- Wheels/Casters: Equipped with durable wheels or casters, often with locking mechanisms to keep the unit stationary during operation.
- Stationary Units: Fixed installations for dedicated welding areas.
Types of Welding Dust Purifiers:
- Portable Welding Fume Extractors
- Stationary Welding Fume Extractors
- High Vacuum Welding Fume Extractors
- Downdraft Tables
- Centralized Welding Fume Extraction Systems
- Portable Extraction Arms
- Electrostatic Precipitator Welding Fume Extractors
- HEPA Filter Units
Centralized Systems:
Network of ducts and extraction points leading to a central filtration unit. Designed for large-scale operations with multiple welding stations.
Benefits:
- Health Protection: Reduces exposure to harmful fumes and particulates, protecting workers’ respiratory health.
- Compliance: Helps meet occupational safety and health regulations.
- Productivity: Enhances worker comfort and efficiency by maintaining a cleaner work environment.
- Equipment Longevity: Prevents dust and fumes from damaging machinery and electronic components.
Advantage:
- Choose specialized turbine and imported brand motor, apply anti-overloaded circuit to protect the motor from burning out, it is with high security and stable working performance.
- Equipped with versatile arm which can be used in a 360-degree radius, it can collect the smoke from the very beginning, improving the collection efficiency immensely and making the operators safe.
- Clean air will be evenly guided and dispersed from blow grids, lowering the noise.
- Equipped with specialized new Korean versatile castors with brake apparatus to make the purifier move and locate freely.
- Consumable material in purifier is with stable performance to be changed conveniently.
- Filter system applies activated carbon filter cotton and high efficiency filter cartridge, there are activated carbon filter cotton in air outlet for further filtering and smell removal.
Structure:
Mainly consist of :versatile fume extraction arm, high temperature resistance vacuum hose, exhaust hood with volume damper, fire proof mesh, fire suppression high efficiency filter cartridge, activated carbon filter cotton, fire proof sound-adsorption cotton, new Korean castors with brake apparatus, flue dust drawer, fan, imported motor, electric cabinet and so on.
Working principles:
The contaminated air is captured to the filter device via exhaust hood and fume extraction arm, big particles were pre-filtered (filter cartridge can be changed conveniently). Harmful gas is filtered by the main filter cartridge on the bottom after pre-filtering, clean air is fed back to workstations from the bottom of the purifier.
Product Specification:
| Equipment power: | 3KW |
| No-load air volume: | 290m3/h |
| Filter surface area: | 1.1m2 |
| Mode of deashing: | Automatic cleaning |
It can be used by one or two external suction arms.
Safe to use:
Empty running and temperature control reduce the risk of fan overheating. There is also an indicator that shows when it needs to be used.
Automatic filter cleaning is carried out sustainably (according to standard):
The High negative pressure purifier LB-NF uses a filter for cleaning through a brief atmospheric reversal. Opening the valve at the top of the filter quickly creates a powerful pulse of air that removes dust from the filter liner.

Our wide range of product types.
What is an industrial dust collector?
It’s a Air Material Separator
How does an industrial dust collector work?
It pulls in air that has multiple types of particulate in the air stream and separates the particulate from the air.
Why are industrial dust collectors important in manufacturing?
A couple of reasons, one on some machines they can’t work unless the process has dust collection in order for the machine to do it’s job and two indoor air quality.
What are the different types of industrial dust collectors?
There are Bag Houses, Cartridge collectors and even a Cyclone is considered a dust collector.
How often should I clean or maintain my industrial dust collector?
If the system is sized and installed correctly it doesn’t take a lot of baby setting. This does differ some based on the material you are trying to separate. We use Pressure Differential monitors and the filter need to be changed out based on the Differential Pressure across the filters.
What are the energy consumption considerations for industrial dust collectors?
They need Electricity to run the fan and they compressed air to clean the filters.
Are there any noise or vibration concerns associated with industrial dust collectors?
Yes, sometime you will have to use a Silencer to reduce the fan noise and the cleaning system may have to use sound deadening devices.
What are the factors that determine the capacity of an industrial dust collector?
Air to Cloth Ratio’s, loading and the type of dust are the most common.
