Longer and extended suction arm LB-JC is supported by rotary bearings, mounted on the wall extension bracket combined with conventional suction arm, through the wall bracket with rotating shaft suspension installation, equipped with a connection head in the middle, can be flexibly rotated in an all-round way, to achieve a greater range of work.
Key Components and Features:
- Multi-joints flexible arms. Horizontal part with rotating joint structure, which make the horizontal flexibility and increase the effective active angle.
- The built-in support and link structure is made of aluminum alloy materials, of light weight, which make the arm more flexibly, all the links between joints designed in a fluid way and the corner is treated in a smooth transition in order to reduce the wind resistance.
- Link flexible suction arm intermediate by friction plate made of composite materials of 80mm, increase the friction in the contact area and prolong the service life of the friction plate.
- This arm frame/support structure adopts the aluminum alloy material, of no rust,Corrosion resistant, acid and alkali salt, high temperature resistance, light weight, high intensity, labor-saving operation with power device, hovering freely.
- can be connected to welding smoke purifier equipment and dusting collection equipment, can be directly mounted on the wall or the duct system.
